How the TruNorth Ops demonstration environment handles information. Last updated October 29, 2026. Draft wording, pending legal review. This is not legal advice.

1. Who we are

TruNorth Advisory LLC, doing business as TruNorth (“TruNorth,” “we,” “us”), operates this demonstration at demo.findingtrunorth.com. Questions: jason@findingtrunorth.com.

2. What this page covers

This page covers the demonstration environment only. The marketing site at findingtrunorth.com has its own privacy policy. The production TruNorth Ops client application (when a shop is onboarded) is governed by the pilot agreement and a separate privacy notice for that product.

3. Information we collect on the demo

• Walkthrough and lead details you choose to submit: name, email, company, and optional phone or preferred time, when you request a walkthrough from the demo home or app, unlock a full ROM breakdown, or use a soft access prompt. Exploring the demo does not require these fields.
• Usage events (page views, feature taps) sent to our demo lead endpoint so we can see what prospects try. Anonymous events are skipped when your browser sends Do Not Track.
• Demo work you create in the browser (jobs, sheets, estimates) stays in your browser storage and is not uploaded as shop records. Do not enter real customer, claim, or employee personal data into the demo.

4. Microsoft Clarity (marketing + demo only)

This demo uses Microsoft Clarity (project id yy83yncw5p) on public marketing pages to understand how visitors use the site: clicks, scrolling, pages viewed, and session replays. Form inputs and app data are masked in Clarity replays (and Clarity is not loaded on the signed-in app / ROM screens). If you submit a walkthrough or ROM unlock form, a Clarity session on the marketing page may still be linked to the email you provide for attribution.

Clarity runs on the marketing site and this demo only. It is not installed on the production TruNorth Ops client application that shops use after onboarding. You can learn more about Clarity at Microsoft’s Clarity documentation. Browser Do Not Track is respected for our own anonymous event posts; Clarity’s own controls are described by Microsoft.

5. Payments and billing (pilot)

The public commercial path today is the $200 flat Founding Partner Pilot through January 1, 2027, invoiced by TruNorth Advisory LLC and paid by bank transfer as shown on the invoice. There is no Stripe checkout on this demo, and card payments are not collected here. We do not process card numbers through this site during the pilot.

6. Who sees demo lead data

Lead and access submissions are stored for TruNorth’s sales follow-up. Administrative access is limited to Jason Gilstrap for setup, support and follow-up. Demo sample data is invented and does not represent any real shop’s pricing or customers.

7. Subprocessors used by the demo

• Hosting: Netlify
• Lead CRM ingest: Supabase (server-side only; the browser never holds the service key)
• Analytics: Microsoft Clarity (marketing + demo only)
• Optional email helpers used by some forms: FormSubmit / EmailJS where wired

In the live product, AI features may use Anthropic (Claude API) under the pilot agreement. In this demo the AI review is simulated in your browser and nothing is sent to an AI provider.

8. Retention and deletion

Demo browser data can be cleared by clearing site data for this origin. Lead records we receive are kept for sales follow-up; email jason@findingtrunorth.com to ask us to delete a lead record we hold.
