Terms of use

These terms govern access to the TruNorth Ops demonstration environment.

1. What this is

The demonstration environment is provided so that you can evaluate the software. It runs on representative sample data that shows what to expect. Any company names, people, jobs, carriers, claim numbers and rates shown are invented and do not represent any real business or its pricing.

2. Evaluation only

Access is granted for the sole purpose of evaluating the software for possible purchase. It is not a licence to use the software in your business, and no rights are granted beyond evaluation.

3. Ownership

The software, its source code, interface, workflows, data model, calculation methods and documentation are the property of the copyright holder and are protected by copyright and trade secret law. Nothing on this site transfers any ownership or licence to you.

4. What you agree not to do

• Copy, download, reproduce, republish or redistribute the software or its source code, in whole or in part
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, or attempt to derive its source code, algorithms or data model
• Copy the software’s code, screens or workflows to build a competing product. This does not stop you from using what you saw to compare products, choose another vendor, or build your own tools from your own ideas.
• Share your access link or credentials with anyone outside your organisation
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or ownership notice
• Use automated means to scrape, crawl or bulk-download any part of the site

5. Access and attribution

Access links may be issued individually and access may be logged, including the access code used. We may end demo access with reasonable notice by email. We may suspend it straight away only if these terms are being breached or the demo is being misused, and we will tell you why.

6. Confidentiality

The software and any non-public information you observe through it are confidential. You agree to treat them as such and not to disclose them to any third party.

7. Data you enter

Anything you create in the demonstration environment is stored in your own browser and is not transmitted to a server. Do not enter real customer data, real claim information, or any personal information about identifiable individuals.

The demo uses Microsoft Clarity analytics to see how visitors use the site, such as clicks, scrolling and pages viewed; if you submit the access form, your sessions are linked to the email you provide.

8. No warranty

The demonstration environment is provided “as is.” We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, and we do not represent that any calculation meets IICRC or any other standard. It is not intended for production use and must not be relied on for billing, compliance or any operational decision.
