These terms govern access to the TruNorth Field Ops demonstration environment.

1. What this is

The demonstration environment is provided so that you can evaluate the software. It runs on fictional sample data. Any company names, people, jobs, carriers, claim numbers and rates shown are invented and do not represent any real business or its pricing.

2. Evaluation only

Access is granted for the sole purpose of evaluating the software for possible purchase. It is not a licence to use the software in your business, and no rights are granted beyond evaluation.

3. Ownership

The software, its source code, interface, workflows, data model, calculation methods and documentation are the property of the copyright holder and are protected by copyright and trade secret law. Nothing on this site transfers any ownership or licence to you.

4. What you agree not to do

• Copy, download, reproduce, republish or redistribute the software or its source code, in whole or in part
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, or attempt to derive its source code, algorithms or data model
• Use the software, or anything learned from it, to build, specify or improve a competing product
• Share your access link or credentials with anyone outside your organisation
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or ownership notice
• Use automated means to scrape, crawl or bulk-download any part of the site

5. Access and attribution

Access links may be issued individually and access may be logged, including the access code used. Access may be withdrawn at any time, for any reason, without notice.

6. Confidentiality

The software and any non-public information you observe through it are confidential. You agree to treat them as such and not to disclose them to any third party.

7. Data you enter

Anything you create in the demonstration environment is stored in your own browser and is not transmitted to a server. Do not enter real customer data, real claim information, or any personal information about identifiable individuals.

8. No warranty

The demonstration environment is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It is not intended for production use and must not be relied on for billing, compliance or any operational decision.
